Non-Pathological Criminal Incapacity (“Snapping”)

The following documents and recordings are of a labour dispute, which relates to employee victimization and a consequential warning about Non-Pathological Criminal Incapacity (“Snapping”), due to unbearable victimization. Before the legal proceedings, Marquard Dirk Pienaar gave such a warning and stopped the possibility of a brawl in the work place, but he was dismissed. The employer falsely claimed it was a threatening stance by him, not a warning. Warning is legal but threatening is illegal.

The case is especially relevant in countries where people snap often and commit suicide often. Philosophically the documents and recordings are a good practical example of the problem regarding groups and “the individual” (individuals), which is one of the main topics of Philosophy of Law. It relates to societal Caiaphas Syndrome and mass shootings in the USA. Legal systems are still developing with regard to the problem, partly because of religious influences, which are relevant.
